Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Knoxville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 274 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
