Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood Junction Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Knoxville area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
