Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Kansas City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
