Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Kansas City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
