Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
