Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jacksonville region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
