Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
