Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
