Nova Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
