Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
