Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Nova Meadow Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
