Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Indianapolis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
