Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Beacon Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Indianapolis and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
