Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Orchard Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
