Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 838 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
