Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Pine Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
