Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Indianapolis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
