Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
