Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Indianapolis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
