Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
