Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
