Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Houston, TX)

Silverline Wren Banking Services is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
