Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Houston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
