Northwind Sable Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
