Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Houston, TX)

Silverline Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Houston region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
