Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Honolulu, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
