Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Honolulu, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
