Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
