Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Vista Financial serves customers across Honolulu with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
