Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
