Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Banking Services Associates and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
