Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Honolulu, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for public records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
