Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Honolulu. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
