Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Umber Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Honolulu with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
