Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Glen Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
