Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Amber Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 468 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
