Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
