Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
