Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Thistle Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Hartford and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
