Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Ivory Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
