Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Fox Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
