Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
