Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
