Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Forge Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
