Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Haven Financial is a financial-services company in Fresno, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
