Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Pike Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Fresno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
