Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Willow Insurance Group is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
