Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Basin Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
