Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Telecom Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
