Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Linden Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
